1 romaine lettuce, roughly chopped 3oz Cheddar cheese, grated 2 tomatoes, diced 2 spring onions, chopped 1/4 (2.25 ounce) can pitted green olives 100g coarsely crushed tortilla crisps In a large bowl, toss together lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, onions, olives, and crisps. 1 avocado 1 tbsp lemon juice 120ml mayonnaise 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce 60ml olive oil 1 clove garlic 1/2 tsp salt Puree avocado, lemon juice, mayonnaise, pepper sauce, oil, garlic, and salt. Add to the salad and serve. Vegetarian friendly
