Slow Cookers - Still Hot!

2lbs minced beef 2 (16 oz) cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained 2 (14.5 oz) cans chopped tomatoes - heated to boiling 1 (8 oz) can tomato frito - heated to boiling point 2 medium onions, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsps chili powder In a frying pan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a slow cooker. Add all the other ingredients, cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serve with boiled rice and top with sour cream and grated cheese if required.
