Food & Recipes - Slow Cookers - Still Hot!

Scrunch 3 pieces of aluminium foil into balls and put them in the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the chicken on top and season with salt, pepper and paprika.  Close the lid, set on auto if you have that setting or high for 1 hour then low and leave all day (8-10 hours). 

You can also cook joints of beef, pork or lamb this way and because the moisture is sealed in and they are cooked slowly, they come out tender and juicy.
