Turkey Provencale

1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
450g turkey breast steaks
1 onion, chopped
1 red pepper, sliced
237g can chopped tomatoes
2 tbsps tomato puree
6 black olives, halved
freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsps freshly chopped parsley

Heat the oil and fry the garlic, turkey breasts and onion for 4-5 mins, stirring occasionally.
Add the pepper, tomatoes, tomato puree, olives and seasoning and cook for a further 4-5 minutes.
