50 Calorie Treats Feeling peckish? Don't reach for the nearest bag of crisps or chocolate bar. Instead grab a snack that will make you feel good and help you watch your weight.

 2 cups shredded cabbage

 1 meringue nest

 1 kiwi

 1 cup spinach (cooked)

 1 packet of sugar free polo mints

 1 small orange

 2 large green peppers

 

 1/4 melon

 24 radishes

 Dairy & Drinks

 2 apricots

 4 whole cucumbers

 Small pot of "diet" yogurt or fromage frais

 6 dried apricots

 2 cups cauliflower

 70g low fat cottage cheese

 1 large tangerine

 14oz. lettuce

 1 serving of 'slim' soup

 2 prunes

 4 large dill pickles

 1 serving of low calorie hot chocolate drink

 2 small plums

 4 large olives

 

 14 seedless grapes

 1 cup beansprouts

 Meat/Fish

 1 miniature box of raisins

 

 50g Tuna (canned in water)

 If you must have that bag of crisps aim for the lower calorie ones like Walkers Baked Crisps, Frisps or Skips
