1 tsp turmeric 1½ tsp coriander 1 tsp cumin ½ tsp chilli powder ½ tsp curry powder ½ tsp ground ginger 3 garlic cloves - crushed 60ml lemon juice 125g pot natural yogurt 100g tomato passata 454g cubed chicken breast 1 red pepper - cubed Mix spices and lemon juice with yogurt and tomato frito and use it to marinade chicken for at least ½ hour. Pour mixture into a heated saucepan, add red pepper and heat over a medium heat until cooked through (approx 20 mins) - stirring frequently.
