  • Clean, decorate and freshen all rooms.
  • Re-arrange and dress rooms at minimum cost for maximum potential, and generally improve the “flow”. 
  • Replace curtains and beddings if necessary to give maximum impact to bedrooms. We purchase the items at the best prices available in the area.
  • Arrange sub-contractors to carry out repairs as necessary and/or required.  Quotations would be submitted to you prior to any work being carried out.
  • Create a pleasing blank canvas for the buyer to imagine his own possessions in your home.
