Advertisers

Advertisers agree to provide products or services that may only be used for lawful purposes. Providing or solicitation of any material that violates any policies or laws that may apply in this jurisdiction or your local area is prohibited. This may include material that is obscene, threatening, harassing, libelous, or in any way a violation of intellectual property laws. No material may be published on web pages provided by My Costa Blanca Info, or linked through, or to, that would commonly be considered "indecent" or "adult" material.

Failure of Advertisers to provide an active hyperlink destination will result in removal of hyperlink from the directory without notice or refund. We also reserve the right to delete all program and data files associated with your account and/or other information you have on our system.  It is also a requirement that Advertisers provide a point of contact in their advertisement i.e. telephone number or email address. 

Advertisements shall not include like "the best on the Costa Blanca" as they cannot be substantiated and would be deemed as misleading.

The Advertiser shall defend and indemnify us and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, proceedings, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees), relating to any acts by the Advertiser or materials or information transmitted by them in connection with the directory and their hyperlink, leading wholly or partially to claims against us or our directory by other user's, subscribers or third parties, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action.

All advertisements are accepted at the discrection of the webmaster.

Consumers

My Costa Blanca Info WILL NOT be responsible, nor held liable for, your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the My Costa Blanca Info website, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings. These actions are solely between you and such advertiser.
